Management Commercial Engineering (MCE) is very pleased to announce that Mark Greener has joined MCE as the QLD Regional Director and will lead our expansion and growth in this region. Mark is a senior executive with 30 years’ experience within the rail, power and general infrastructure sectors developing and delivering multi-billion-dollar engineering, procurement and construction infrastructure projects in Australia, Africa and Asia. Mark’s more recent experience has seen him lead the Geelong Fast Rail Project (development phase) for RPV/MTIA as well as leading the Rail & Tunnel package for the Melbourne Metro Tunnel Project. Prior to that Mark led the Sydney Metro City & Southwest TSOM PPP proposal (supporting MTR) successfully through to financial close.
Mark said he was excited at the opportunity to join MCE at this point in his career.

He said “We have a 5 year plan, and where appropriate for our Customers and Stakeholders, we will align with a few strategic partners to continue to provide high quality service to support our Customers to ensure they achieve successful infrastructure project outcomes”.
